Sinabi ng talent manager na si Alfie Lorenzo kahapon sa kanyang interview sa The Buzz na nag-sorry na sa kanya ang kanyang alaga na si Judy Ann Santos. Napabalitang nagkaroon ng away ang dalawa tungkol sa mga kontrata ni Judai. Kumunsulta raw muna ang aktres sa isang lawyer bago pa man ito nakipagdeal kay Alfie na siyang ikinasama ng loob nito.
Alfie commented na nakiusap pa si Judy Ann sa kanya na huwag sumulat ng negative publicity about her. "Hindi ko inisip si Judai one day ay magiging milyonarya, kaya sabi ko, 'Huwag mo na akong gagalitin para hindi na makalkal 'yung iba pa kasi 'yung iba pa nakatago pa sa baul, eh papagpagin ko pa."

Ikinwento rin ni Alfie ang naging usapan nila ng kanyang alaga tungkol sa pagkuha nito ng lawyer. "Ano pa 'yung ikukunsulta mo sa attorney? Bakit all of a sudden nakikialam na 'yung attorney mo sa kontrata? Ilang years na tayong pumipirma sa ABS-CBN walang attorney. Hindi ka naman nakulong sa kakapirma natin at nakarating ka sa kinaroroonan mo ngayon!"

Sabi ng talent manager, he was just looking out for Judy Ann’s welfare at nainsulto siya nang i-by pass siya nito. "Sabi ko, 'Biro mo nagmamalasakit na lang ako sa iyo tapos ako pa ang lalabas na masama, ako pa ang pagdududahan, magkukunsulta ka sa abogado. However, bumawi naman daw si Judai sa kanya at personal pa siya itong inapproach para mag-apologize. Dagdag pa niya na siya pa nga ang nagsuggest na i-extend ang contract to 2011, as a fallback in case she decides to settle down anytime soon.

Judai also said na ang pagkuha niya ng lawyer ay dahil na rin sa mga kasong isinampa sa kanya ng Bureau of Internal Revenue o BIR. Ayaw niya na itong maulit muli. "May sarili po akong utak para po ipaalala ko sa inyo 30 years old na po ako. Puwede na po akong magdesisyon para sa sarili ko."

The Buzz reacts to Cristy Fermin’s accusations of disrespect

The management of the showbiz-oriented show The Buzz said that they have properly informed controversial host-columnist Cristy Fermin about the appearance of Annabelle Rama and Nadia Montenegro in the show on two separate occasions. This is in response to Cristy's claim that the show was disrespectful of her twice, when Annabelle and Nadia appeared on The Buzz and commented against the controversial host. The Buzz management said that they make it a point to inform all the hosts (Boy Abunda, Ruffa Gutierrez and Cristy) about everything that will take place on the show prior to it’s live airing.

Two days after her suspension on ABS-CBN last October 15 as host for The Buzz and radio program Showbiz Mismo on DZMM, Cristy came out with her column in a tabloid, expressing her disappointment in The Buzz when Annabelle and Nadia appeared on the show (April 6 and September 28 respectively). The two gave no-holds barred interviews against the controversial TV host, who allegedly ruined their respective family's reputations.

Cristy's suspension was the result of her controversial statements on The Buzz last October 5, where she revealed that one of Nadia’s children is allegedly not fathered by her husband, former Caloocan Mayor Boy Asistio. Three days after her revelation, the management of ABS-CBN sent a memo to her and asked her to respond within 24 hours on why she should not be suspended. But after an intensive investigation, the management had hard evidence to carry out the suspension on Cristy.

Managing Director for TV production Cory Vidanes and business unit head Louie Andrada met with the host-columnist last October 15 to inform her about the management's decision to suspend her until the end of the year on grounds of violating some conditions in her contract.

Kris Aquino apologizes for her "pa-star ka!" comment on Charlene Gonzalez

TV show host-actress Kris Aquino is known for being tactless in making remarks about people. In fact, she used to land on the headlines for her unsolicited comments. Last week, at a show of fashion designer Randy Ortiz, Kris once again stole the scene.

In Dolly Anne Carvajal's entertainment column yesterday, September 9, she reported, "At the gala show of Randy Ortiz, Kris snapped at Charlene [Gonzalez-Muhlach], ‘Pa-star ka!' just because the color of Charl's gown was different from the set motif."

Apparently, the motif for the event was black and white. Charlene wore a blue and dark brown outfit.

However, in an interview with TV Patrol World's Mario Dumaual aired earlier tonight, September 10, Randy Ortiz explained that there was really no color motif set for the event. He also had no intention to make Charlene different from the other celebrities. He added that the TV show host had fitted her outfit even before she went to an OFW event in Dubai. The fashion designer also believed that Kris was just joking Charlene.

This was also the explanation of Kris in a text message sent to TV Patrol World. She said that her mistake was that she cracked a joke at someone who is not close to her. Also in the same message, the Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal host recalled the issue between her and Charlene about the cancelation of the latter's weekend program.

The text message read, "Di ba nga when her show in ABS was cancelled, ako'ng napagbintangan na dahilan and I already answered na di naman ako nagkaroon ng weekend show."

Kris continued, "Obviously, she doesn't like me and my mistake was I gave her another reason to dislike me."

At the end of the message, Kris wrote, "Iniintindi ko na lang. I joked with the wrong person, so I apologized right away."

On the other hand, Charlene chose to keep mum about the issue. Her mother, Elvie Gonzales, hopes that this would serve as a lesson to everyone—to carefully choose the person that's the butt of a joke.

Father: Lindsay Lohan's relationship with Gal Pal is Toxic

Lindsay Lohan's father is at it again, telling “The Billy Bush Show” that her relationship with gal pal Samantha Ronson is "toxic."

“Lindsay doesn’t drink or use,” Michael Lohan told Bush on his radio show on Wednesday. “[She] has been responsible with her work, she’s been doing a great job, however drinking and using isn’t the only form of addiction, and the relationship that Lindsay has with Samantha is toxic," he said, calling Ronson a “parasite” who is using Lindsay.

He also thinks Lohan's relationship with Ronson is not a sexual one, and he doesn't think his daughter is a lesbian.

“Absolutely not,” he said. “She dated guys her whole life, she has a relationship with Sam and it’s a friendship because she’s been hurt by so many guys in the past maybe she kind of walked away and found solace and companionship in a girl.

“I don’t believe it’s anything more than a friendship they have,” he continued, “but that’s between Lindsay and God, and Samantha and God.”

Lohan told "Access Hollywood" on Wednesday that her father Michael was “out of control” for speaking out about her personal life.

“I want him to stop hurting and talking to the media about the people I love,” she said, prompting the response from her dad.

Earlier in the week, Michael said in an interview with E! that Ronson was "using" his daughter. He also claims pictures exist of Samantha slipping drinks to Lindsay under a table.

He also told TV Guide on Thursday that he plans on airing out the truth in a one-hour TV special.

Lindsay told "Access" that she hasn’t spoken to her father for some time and Michael claims he’s getting much of his information from her mom, Dina Lohan.

On Thursday, the 22-year-old actress lashed out at her father on her MySpace blog, calling him a "public embarrassment" and a "bully" on MySpace and Ronson "a girl that means the world to me."

Madonna: X-rated sex video alert

Emails that claim to link to an XXX-rated video of pop superstar Madonna will only lead to disappointment, security experts have warned.

The emails, which point to a file called madonna.avi.exe, will direct you to a piece of malware detected as the Troj/FakeVir-EW Trojan horse.

"Madonna may have turned 50, but she's still as big a draw to cybercriminals as young Hollywood upstarts like bad girl Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan," said Graham Cluley, senior technology consultant at Sophos.

"With the new world tour just around the corner, it's not surprising that the hackers are trying to capitalise on this. Using topical stories is one of the oldest tricks in the book and the danger is that fans of the material girl will click before they think," Cluley continued.

Other fake anti-virus programs have come to light in recent weeks, such as one spotted by Trend Micro that also used a bogus celebrity scandal to attract the recipient's attention.

There has also been a recent spate of emails claiming to link to videos of Angelina Jolie naked.

But in an attempt to lighten spirits, Cluley has promised a "fabulous and very exclusive" Sophos T-shirt as a prize to the eagle-eyed person that spots all the Madonna references in his latest security blog posting.
